Intermediate Tango Course with World Runner-Up Rodrigo Palacios

We are very happy to welcome Rodrigo Palacios to Tango Wave Zurich. Rodrigo Palacios became the 2026 World Vice-Champion in Tango de Pista and is one of the renowned tango dancers on the international tango scene.

With his calm presence, natural elegance and unmistakable style, Rodrigo embodies the spirit of milonguero tango. His dance is deeply rooted in the traditional tango of Buenos Aires, where the walk, embrace, rhythm and connection are at the heart of the dance.

Rodrigo’s tango is defined by clarity, musicality and connection. Every movement has purpose, every pause allows the music to breathe. He combines the subtle strength of salon tango with refined awareness and a deep understanding of the dance, creating a style that is both authentic, alive and contemporary.

After performing and teaching across Europe, the USA, Canada, South America, Australia, Asia and the Middle East, Rodrigo now brings his experience to Zurich, together with Caroline Souche.
