Variations of turns and sacadas as tools for improvisation.
Class 5. Vals I – Circularity & Flow
Walking and turning in continuous, fluid circular movement.
Class 6. Musicality II – Countertime & Syncopation
Rhythmic contrasts and syncopations for greater versatility.
Class 7. Vals II – Musical Layers & Dynamic Changes
Working with phrasing, intensity and contrasts within vals.
Class 8. Spiral Movements
Spiral energy from torso and axis to create elasticity and expression.
